Motor mount location! Empty Motor mount location!

I know this seems a bit redundant, but!

Is the length from the back of a BBC and a SBC the same to center of the motor mounts?

I'm sure, but asking anyway. With my building an engine test stand, I want it workable for both.

    Thanks

I'm pretty sure they are the same from the bell housing to the motor mounts on sbc and bbc. I have a 454 block in my garage, if I rember I'll measure it out after work today.
