15x10 fit no problem on the rears with a near 0 mm offset or about a 5.5in backspacing. Thanks, the photo is my caprice, but it has 15x7 all the way around currently. I think 15x8 should be standard for these cars and they fit perfectly also with a 0 mm offset, or 4.5in backspacing.

ok, on the banner your car have 15x7, but they look wide because they have biggest offset.
I have stock 15x7 and they are really more inside the fenders.
I found also stock 15x6 from a diesel caprice, I will cut them and add 3" at the exterior rim.
I think I will be correct with 15x9 on 4 wheels, with 245/60R15 (or 255/70R15) on rear and 235/70R15 on front, sand blasted and glossy black, white letters tires and chrome dog dish.
I hope they will have enough clearance.

also I have a stock ring and pignon for gm 10 bolts taken from a blazer k5, 3.5x/1, will it be better than the stock 2.5x/1 and will be street driveable behind a th350c ?

My wheels have a 0mm offset or 4inch backspace, the tires are 235/70R15 all the way around 28inches tall. Now as far as the ring and pinion goes, I have a 3.90 gear ratio with a th350 it rpms high, I had a 3.08 and the original 2.41 and I'd say the 3.08 was better for everyday driving

so I widening the wheels, cutting the 15x6, and welding ring, becoming 15x9.5 for rear and 15x8.5 for front, I choose 255/70R15 for rear and 245/60R15 for front.
I think nothing will not touch fenders.
