We don't have control over search results in Google. Sometimes it takes a bit to show up. It all depends on when the Google Bot visits the forum. It could take a few days, a week or maybe even a month, but eventually it will show up. For instance, if I Google solo79 b-body, I can see a few posts that I've made and then if I click on more results from gmbbodyforum.com, I can see all my posts...except for this one.

The google bot visits the forum everyday, well everytime something new is added or changed, then its up to google for how long they update and show in results, like solo79 said it could take a few days, weeks, or a month to show in results, and may not show up on the first page.
