    Hey yall! I've taken quite a hiatus! its been many years since Ive been on and been active on the forum. I lost the domain back in 2019 and haven't kept up with it since. Well I'm back and we have a new forum address which is www.gmbbodyforum.net

    I plan to be as active as possible on here.

    I will be seeking out some more forum moderators, so you may get a request.
