Fuel delivery

I have an issue with my 79 Caprice. When it sit over night or for a few hours, it won't start without priming the carburetor. I've changed the carb, fuel pump and fuel lines. I don't see any leaks anywhere nor do I smell fuel. Once I do get it started, it runs fine but after it sits for a long period of time, it does the same thing. Don't know what else to do

Make sure the choke is working.

Probably heat soak dam ethanol fuels are more volatile and expand more than regular  fuel pushing fuel past the idle screw eventually flooding it hence hard start

Use a 1" plastic spacer or 1/2" wood spacer too keep fuel cooler one been meaning to try that startron fuel additive but haven't yet heard it works good
