    1979 Caprice 15" Wire Hubcaps with wheel rim locks. Empty 1979 Caprice 15" Wire Hubcaps with wheel rim locks.

    I got 4 hubcaps for a 1978-1979 Caprice. . Good driver quality not mint but a few dings here and there. These have the rim locks as well. I can email some pics if you like.
